Return, Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
ERYTH prioritizes product integrity and consumer safety. Because dietary supplements are ingestible and liquid products can be tampered with, contaminated, or improperly stored after delivery, return eligibility is intentionally limited.
1. Eligible Returns
- A return may be considered only when the item remains sealed, unused, unopened, untampered with, and inside the original unopened shipping box.
- A return authorization must be requested within [INSERT NUMBER] calendar days after delivery by emailing support@erythminerals.com.
- Do not send a product back without written authorization and return instructions.
- ERYTH may require photographs, order verification, lot information, and confirmation that all seals and the shipping box remain unopened.
2. Nonreturnable Items
- Opened or used ingestible supplements.
- Any bottle or product removed from the original sealed shipping box.
- Items with a broken, altered, missing, or compromised safety seal.
- Products exposed to improper storage, heat, freezing, contamination, or tampering.
- Gift cards, digital goods, final-sale items, samples, promotional gifts, and personalized products, unless law requires otherwise.
- International orders refused for unpaid duties, customs noncompliance, or buyer import restrictions may be nonrefundable except as required by law.
3. Damaged, Defective, Leaking, Incorrect, or Unsafe Products
- The restrictions above do not prevent a customer from reporting a product that arrived damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, contaminated, misdescribed, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by law.
- Contact support@erythminerals.com within [INSERT 7 DAYS] of delivery and provide the order number, photographs of the shipping box, label, bottle, seal, damage, and lot number.
- Keep the product and packaging until ERYTH provides instructions. Do not consume a product with a damaged seal, leakage, unusual appearance, or suspected contamination.
- Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, ERYTH may replace the item, refund the purchase price, provide store credit with consent, or issue another appropriate remedy.
4. Refund Method and Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.
- Original shipping, expedited shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, and return shipping are [SELECT POLICY], except where the error is ERYTH’s or law requires reimbursement.

- ERYTH may deduct authorized costs for ineligible, incomplete, or refused returns to the extent permitted by law.
5. Order Cancellation
- Request cancellation immediately at support@erythminerals.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
- If an order has shipped, the applicable return restrictions apply.
- Subscription cancellation affects future renewals and does not automatically cancel an order already processed, unless disclosed otherwise or required by law.
6. Chargebacks and Fraud
- Contact ERYTH before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and attempt resolution.
- ERYTH may suspend accounts, cancel orders, preserve evidence, and contest chargebacks involving fraud, false claims, return abuse, or unauthorized resale.
7. Consumer Rights
- This policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including remedies for defective, unsafe, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
- For Canadian and Mexican customers, local mandatory consumer-protection rights may apply regardless of this policy.
